This handy flip book teaches that homophones are words that sound the same but have different meanings and spellings. Three word examples are given (e.g. buy, bye, by) for each homophone. Three sentences containing the homophones are also generated at the bottom when the correct words are matched.

Very disappointed with product

I purchased this flipbook to help my students with the different spellings of homophones and the meaning of the words. It looked perfect from the picture. I was very disappointed with the word selection for poor, pour, paw.
This is an error! It should be pore. (An opening that matter can pass through.) The word paw, is a different English sound. Some people may say this word with an accent that sounds the same, but a valuable spelling skill was missed here. As a teacher, I need to teach spelling skills and not slang or accents. I can’t use this page.
This flipbook does have the nice feature of sentences. That is the self-correcting part, but the pages are not in order and you have to keep flipping pages trying to match the words. I would prefer the pages to be in order. A lot of time is wasted flipping pages. This is not good.
