Talking Tin

These are working well for students to say their sentence into. They can then hear it as many times as they need to, to write it down in their books.

What was I going to do after the TV news finishes

Although the can idea is really neat for blind or the partially sighted, as a couple of oldies the wife and i will often see something on TV and think i must look into that later, when later comes, its gone, so we use them for easy-to-use reminders, the only draw back for the way we use them is it is a one shot message and you cant add to the recording. But we just play what we have, re record and add additional reminders

Talking Tin (40 second)

Absolutely first class usage with selectively mute child. Was able to speak into device and play back message to teacher that he was unable to speak to directly.

Perfect!

Most effective for my student who has limited reo Maori. He will record in English. Also readers are able to record and hear the playback.
